Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loggii — the mobile app and related websites for band tour logistics. By creating an account or using Loggii, you agree to these Terms. Loggii is currently operated as an individual project in Sweden.

Loggii is provided by the operator of the Loggii service ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: hello@getloggii.se. Websites include getloggii.com and loggii.app.

Loggii is intended for band members, crew, and tour managers aged 16 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have authority to bind any band or organization you represent when inviting members or entering band data.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity under your account, including data added by you or on your device.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Loggii helps bands manage schedules, receipts, expenses, merch stock and show settlements, tour setlists, crew access, and related tour data. Features may work offline on your device and sync when you are signed in and online.

Loggii is offered as a beta/MVP. Features, availability, and performance may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to:

• Use Loggii for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service or other users.
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead other users.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as permitted by law.
• Share invite codes publicly in a way that exposes a band workspace to unintended access.

When you join or create a band, tour data you add may be visible to other members of that band. You are responsible for what you upload and share, including receipt images and financial information about the band.

Band admins can invite or remove members. We are not a party to disputes between band members regarding data, expenses, or access.

Loggii is a record-keeping and collaboration tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or STIM reporting advice. You remain responsible for verifying VAT amounts, expense records, merch reconciliation, and any submissions to authorities or collecting societies.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, sync, and display that content solely to operate Loggii for you and your band members.

You must have the rights to any content you upload, including receipt photos and setlist information.

Loggii, including its name, branding, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code except the limited right to use the app as intended.

Loggii relies on third-party providers such as Supabase (hosting and auth), Expo/EAS (app delivery), and app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Loggii is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations, balances, exports, or synced data are complete or suitable for official filing without your review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of Loggii.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Loggii in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) EUR 100, if you use the free beta tier.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights where you qualify as a consumer.

You may stop using Loggii at any time. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Delete account (requires internet). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law.

We may update these Terms as Loggii evolves — for example when adding paid plans or new features. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using Loggii, you also agree to the Privacy Policy available in the app and at getloggii.com/privacy.
